Organising a school trip or group tour with us is easy and we promise to support you all the way.

- Ensure the tour operator is suitable for school trips and ensure they provide full for a protection off your monies for a coach or air trip
- Find a destination suitable for your interests and aims. Remember we can tailor the trip to your ideas.
- Contact us for any further information you would like to know.
- Seek approval from your Head Teacher
- Check availability of accommodation/crossings/coaches with Inspired Travel
- Promote trip in your school – we can provide posters and a power point for this purpose.
- Seek agreement from parents. You can adapt our sample letter.
- Collect deposits from students. We will provide payment card on request.
- Contact Inspired Travel if passenger numbers are significantly lower or higher than expected.
- Make sure to read the booking conditions
- Download and fill-in booking form and send it to Inspired Travel with deposits. Download and fill in provisional booking lists.
- Receive acknowledgment pack containing invoice, insurance documents (if appropriate) and payment schedule.
- Contact will be made by your itinerary planner at Inspired Travel
- Arrangements will be made in consultation with you to finalise details of your trip; receive our final pack detailing all useful info for your trip.
