Your 3* hotel is located in the area of Teole, just 100m from the Mottolino lift system. It's a family run
hotel that offers a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. The rooms, which are simply furnished, are for 2-3
persons and are all en-suite with TV, safe and most have a balcony. Within the hotel there is a meeting room,
with table tennis and table football. There is also a bar area that serves snacks and has satellite TV.
The hotel is located 1500m from the pedestrianised village centre whish is easily accessed, as are all the
activities, by the efficient bus system.

The Skiing
The extensive skiing in Livigno is split on both sides of the valley; to the east are the connected Carosello
and Costaccia areas, to the west the recently expanded slopes of the more challenging Mottolino ski area.
Ski holidays in Livigno offer great oportunities for beginners and intermediates, both boarders and skiers.
You can also 'ski in, ski out'. The lift system is efficient enough to negate queues.
