Most beginner groups will first ski on the nursery slopes local to them. At Wagrain, where some of our accomodation is located the beginners start off on the local nursery slopes then head for the "Flying Mozart" gondola for high speed access to the upper slopes. Intermediate skiers can easily explore the entire area as no matter where you go, there will always be a wide selection of red runs. For the advanced, the Zauchensee and Alpendorf areas have some testing black runs. Off-piste untracked snow can be found many days after a snowfall. Snowboarders will find ample challenges in the fun parks with half-pipes at Alpendorf, Flachau and Kleinarl. The Austrian ski school has a reputation that is second to none. Instructors from the local schools will ensure that everyone fulfils their potential for the week in a fun atmosphere that students really enjoy.

The accommodation
We are able to offer a variety of accommodation based on the Jugendgasthaus. These, often family run hotels, are designed with young people in mind and the staff are excellent, providing a fine welcome for your group. They also offer excellent value. In addition to spacious rooms, all en-suite, there is often a range of facilities from meeting rooms, swimming pool, cinema, sports hall and outside there may be a football pitch. They usually offer several dinig rooms so that there is a feeling of sole occupancy and somewhere to gather your troops! Some of the accommodations are within walking distance of the lifts whilst others are just a short bus ride (20 mins max.) away. All have a teachers lounge and stuberl.

Apres ski
As you might expect there is a variety of evening activities on hand which may include in-house activities using the facilities or else could be curling, snow-tubing, floodlit skiing, ice skating, bowling, horse-drawn sleigh rides or swimming.
