What is included in your quotation
 * 7 nights full board accommodation, unless previously stated
* Evening meal before departure.
* 6 day local lift pass.
* 6 days of ski/board hire.
* 6 days x 4 hours of instruction, unless stated otherwise.
* Concession ratio - 1 : 8
* Fully comprehensive winter sports insurance cover.
* Party leader family concessions.
* All VAT on applicable items, based on Tour Operator Margin Scheme.
* Resort representation if required.
* 24hour emergency contact support.
* All promotional material, piste maps, savings cards and a Microsoft Powerpoint presentation in support of a parents evening.
* Final tour document folder.

* All meals on route.
* Drinks with all meals other than breakfast unless requested/stated.
* Entrance fees to evening activities.
* Ski test and certificate in some resorts.
* Ski badges unless stated.
* Extra adult/juvenile lift pass supplements and lift pass extensions.
* Adult rooming supplements if necessary.
* Snowboarding equipment supplement.
* Additional ski instructor cost if required.
* Any small group supplements if applicable.

Party Leaders Concessions
* Up to two child places at 50% plus spouse/partner at student rate, based on 40 paying passengers.
* If there are 30-39 full paying passengers, 2 places are available
* There is 1 place available if group is 20-29 full paying passengers.
* Children aged 16-18 and for adults over 18 years the appropriate supplements are added before calculating any discount.
* They will not be included when we calculate free place ratio or the number of ski/board instructors required.

Term Time Travel.
There are several clear reasons for considering travel during term time if possible:
* Wider choice of bigger resorts - the large resorts are keen to attract groups during low season and offer attractive packages.
* The resorts are quieter - fewer lift queues and so more skiing! It is also easier to supervise.
* Peak time are always the same as European holidays with higher prices to match. There are some great low season deals.
* By taking a low season holiday we can build in staff cover - about £40 to £50 per head - just ask!!
